We build online stores that actually sell.
We build WooCommerce and Shopify stores for companies across Romania: fast checkout, card payments, couriers and invoicing all connected. You get a fixed quote, broken down by stage, and a site you can manage yourself.
What's included in an online store we deliver
Structure built around the product
Categories, filters, variants, stock. Customers find the product in two or three clicks, not seven.
Online payments and cash on delivery
Integration with the processor that fits you — Netopia, EuPlatesc, Stripe or Shopify Payments — plus cash on delivery.
Couriers and automatic AWB
We connect Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus or DPD. An order becomes a shipping label without copying addresses by hand.
Invoicing and ERP
Invoices issued automatically through SmartBill, Oblio or FGO, with stock sync if you already run an ERP.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
We optimize images, code and caching before launch. A slow store loses carts, no matter how good it looks.
Technical SEO from day one
URL structure, structured data for products, sitemap, correct indexing. The foundation for free traffic.
Who we build online stores for
We work with companies that already sell — offline, on marketplaces or through an old store that can no longer keep up — and that need a channel of their own, one they control. We don't sell templates configured in a hurry: every store starts from what you sell, who you sell to and how you ship.
We're based in Iași, but projects come from all over the country and beyond. Conversations happen online, and progress is visible on a private link from the first week, so distance changes nothing about how we work.
WooCommerce or Shopify?
There's no universal answer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you what they have. In short:
WooCommerce makes sense when you want full control, need specific integrations with Romanian ERP or invoicing systems, have many products with complex variants, or want to avoid a monthly fee that grows with your sales. It runs on WordPress, so the blog and content side are native.
Shopify makes sense when you want to launch fast, don't want to deal with hosting and updates, sell abroad as well, or need infrastructure that scales without technical work. In return you pay a subscription and commission, and deep customization costs more.
How the project runs
The process is the same for a store with 40 products and for one with several thousand. Only the scale and the timeline differ.
Week 1 — audit and strategy. We look at what you sell, at your competitors and at what your customers search for on Google. We come out of it with a fixed quote, broken down by stage, and a structure plan.
Weeks 2–8 — design and development. We build in visible stages. You watch the store grow on a private link and give feedback along the way, not at the end when it's too late to change anything fundamental.
Launch and after. We migrate the data, check the redirects, test the checkout flow end to end, and only then go live. After that we stay on monthly maintenance: updates, backups, monitoring and rapid response.
How long it takes and what it costs
An online store is usually delivered in 6–12 weeks, depending on the number of products and how many integrations are needed. The price depends on the same variables, plus how custom you want the design.
If you want concrete ranges before asking for a quote, we've set them out in the pricing guide for online stores.
We don't work on vague estimates that swell along the way. After the first conversation you get a fixed quote, broken down by stage, with what is and isn't included in each. If something extra comes up, we discuss it separately beforehand — you don't find it on the invoice at the end.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on the number of products, the integrations needed (ERP, invoicing, couriers) and how custom the design is. After the first conversation you get a fixed quote, broken down by stage, with no hidden costs. We don't work with estimates that change along the way.
Usually 6–12 weeks, depending on the size of the catalogue and the number of integrations. You see progress on a private link from the first week, so you're not waiting in the dark until the end.
Yes, that's the whole idea. We hand the store over with a training session and written documentation for day-to-day operations: adding products, stock, orders, coupons. If you'd rather not deal with it at all, we can take over the admin side.
Yes. We migrate products, customers, orders and content, and for your Google rankings we build the full map of 301 redirects. That's the step rushed migrations most often skip, and the reason traffic gets lost.
Yes, most of our clients are from other cities or abroad. Conversations happen online, and the way we work is identical no matter where you are.
