Your store, connected to everything.

Automatic invoicing, shipping labels generated from the order, stock synced with your ERP. The goal is simple: nobody on your team should copy data from one screen into another again.

What we connect

01

Invoicing

SmartBill, Oblio, FGO. The invoice is issued and sent automatically when an order is placed or confirmed.

02

Couriers

Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD. Shipping label generated from the order, with delivery status fed back into the store.

03

Payment processors

Netopia, EuPlatesc, Stripe, PayPal. Including instalment payments, where that makes sense for your products.

04

ERP and inventory

Stock and price sync in both directions, with clear rules about which side wins.

05

Marketplaces and feeds

eMAG, Google Shopping, Meta. A feed generated correctly and kept current, not a manual weekly export.

06

Automations

Transactional emails, internal notifications, stock rules. The small things that eat hours every day.

The problem an integration solves

A store without integrations works perfectly up to roughly ten orders a day. Above that, someone on the team starts spending hours copying addresses into the courier app, issuing invoices one by one and checking stock in two places. The cost doesn't appear on any invoice, but it's real and it grows with your sales.

A well-built integration doesn't just save time — it removes an entire category of errors. Mistyped addresses, forgotten invoices, products sold from stock that doesn't exist.

What we ask before connecting anything

Who owns the truth? If stock exists both in the store and in the ERP, one of them has to be the authoritative source. Otherwise you get conflicts that are impossible to debug a few weeks later.

What happens when the connection drops? An external API will be unavailable at some point. Orders must still come in, and the sync must resume on its own rather than disappear silently.

What triggers the action? Is the invoice issued when the order is placed or when payment is confirmed? Is the shipping label generated automatically or at the press of a button? The answer depends on how you work, not on what's easiest to code.

The sign of a badly built integration: someone has to check daily whether “it worked”. A good integration is invisible and only alerts you when something genuinely failed.

Custom integrations

If you use a less common ERP or an in-house system, we build the connector. We need the API documentation and a test environment. If the system has no API, we discuss alternatives — scheduled file imports, for example — and tell you honestly where the limits are.

How long it takes

A standard invoicing or courier integration takes a few days. One with an ERP, depending on how complex the stock and pricing rules are, can take a few weeks. You get the price after we've seen the documentation, not before — anything else would be an invented number.

Frequently asked questions

Usually yes, if it has an API or can export and import files on a schedule. We need documentation and a test environment. If it isn't possible, we tell you before we start.

Orders keep coming in, and the sync resumes automatically when the connection returns. The system alerts us if something stays stuck — we don't wait for you to notice.

Yes, with the rules we agree together: when the order is placed or when payment is confirmed, using your existing series and numbering. The invoice also reaches the customer automatically.
