Maintenance that spares you surprises.
Updates, daily backups, monitoring and security for WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores. A person who answers and knows your site, not a ticket in a queue.
What's in the plan
Controlled updates
WordPress, theme and plugins, tested on a copy before they reach the live site.
Daily backups
Automatic copies stored away from the server, with restores actually tested — not just configured and forgotten.
Uptime monitoring
Checked every few minutes. If the site goes down, we find out first, not you from a customer.
Security
Firewall, login attempt limiting, file scanning and remediation if something turns up.
Speed checks
We measure Core Web Vitals monthly and step in before they degrade visibly.
Monthly report
What was updated, what was fixed, where speed stands. In plain language, not a log export.
Why a site needs maintenance
A site doesn't “stand still” after launch. WordPress ships security updates constantly, so do plugins, and a site left unpatched becomes, within months, the easiest target on the server. Most compromised sites we take over weren't targeted — they were found automatically, by scanning, precisely because they were running an old version of something.
The second problem is less dramatic and more expensive: slow decay. Images uploaded unresized, plugins added along the way, a bloated database. The site doesn't go down, it just gets slower and slower, and sales drop with no visible cause.
What “rapid response” actually means
It means you have someone who already knows how your site is built. When a problem comes up, you don't lose a day explaining the structure and who did what. For emergencies — site down, a store not processing orders — we respond as a priority.
We also take over sites built by someone else
Yes, and we do it often. We start with a free technical audit: we tell you what works, what's risky and what should be fixed first. If the site is in a state that makes maintenance uneconomical, we say so directly, even if it means we don't sign a plan.
What it costs
The plan depends on how complex the site is: a business website with a few pages needs less than a store with thousands of products and integrations. You get the price after the audit, not before.
For comparison: the cost of a single day with the store down during a campaign usually exceeds the annual plan.
Frequently asked questions
Monitoring alerts us automatically and we step in. If the problem comes from an update, we roll back to the previous version from backup. For online store emergencies we respond as a priority.
Yes. We start with a free technical audit and tell you honestly what state it's in. If it needs repairs before going on maintenance, we quote those separately.
Away from the site's server. A backup stored on the same server doesn't help when the server itself is the problem. We periodically test restoring too, not just creating the copy.
Small changes are. Building new functionality is quoted separately — otherwise the plan would have to be much more expensive for everyone.
