Migration without losses.

We move your store to another platform without losing orders, customers or Google rankings. The hard part isn't the data — it's the redirects.

What we migrate

01

Products and categories

With variants, attributes, images, prices and stock. Checked piece by piece, not just imported.

02

Customers and orders

The history stays intact, including for reporting and for your relationship with returning customers.

03

Redirect map

Every old URL to its new equivalent, via 301. This is where traffic is lost when a migration is rushed.

04

Content and SEO

Titles, descriptions, structured data. We keep what worked and fix what was broken.

05

Integrations reconnected

Invoicing, couriers, payments, feeds — put back in service and tested before the switch.

06

Post-launch checks

We monitor indexing and errors in the weeks that follow. Problems show up then, not on day one.

Why migrations damage traffic

The data moves relatively easily. What gets lost is something else: the authority built up by the old URLs. If the structure changes and there's no complete map of 301 redirects, Google finds hundreds of non-existent pages where it used to have good results. The drop isn't immediate — it appears in two to six weeks, when it's already hard to trace back to the cause.

The second common cause: the migration is done correctly, but nobody checks afterwards. Indexing errors appear gradually, and if nobody watches for them, they go unnoticed for months.

How we work

Inventory first. We extract every existing URL and rank them by traffic and position. That tells us what has to be protected first — not all pages are worth the same.

We build on a separate environment. The old store stays live and keeps selling until the last day. Nothing is interrupted during the build.

The redirect map. Every old URL gets a destination. For products that no longer exist, we pick the parent category or a relevant replacement — we don't send everything to the home page, because that signals an irrelevant page.

Switch and verify. We switch at low traffic, test the checkout flow end to end, then watch indexing over the following weeks and fix whatever shows up.

What we ask from you: access to Google Search Console for the old site. Without that data the migration is guesswork — you don't know which pages brought traffic and therefore what needs protecting most.

Which platforms we migrate between

Most often: from closed platforms or old stores to WooCommerce or Shopify, and between those two. We also migrate from custom-built solutions, if the data can be exported in a usable form.

If you're not sure which way to go, read the WooCommerce versus Shopify comparison — we explain there when each one makes sense.

How long it takes

A simple migration takes around 3–5 weeks. One with a large catalogue and multiple integrations, 6–10. The timeline is driven by the amount of checking, not by the import itself — the import is the fast part.

Frequently asked questions

No, provided the migration is done with a complete map of 301 redirects and checks after launch. You may see a few weeks of fluctuation, after which things settle. Permanent losses happen on migrations done without redirects.

Yes. We build on a separate environment, and your current store keeps selling until switch day. The actual downtime is a matter of minutes.

Yes, together with the customer accounts. That matters both for reporting and for returning customers looking up their previous orders.
